How it works
Confirming Your Date
A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation to secure your date. Without the deposit, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We will send a reminder with payment details.
Damage Deposit
A €500 damage deposit is collected via Revolut prior to the event. This is fully refunded within 48 hours of departure, subject to inspection.

A few ground rules
Pool
Pool access from 09:00–21:00. No glass near the pool.
Catering
Catering must be arranged through us or approved suppliers.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted. Responsible service applies.
Music
Music must end by 23:00 on weeknights, midnight on weekends.
Decor
All decor must be pre-approved. No confetti or glitter.
Smoking
No smoking inside the villa. Designated outdoor area available.
Parking
Free on-site parking for up to 15 vehicles.
Prohibited
No pets, no fireworks, no foam or cotton candy machines.
