Through July and August the villa runs exclusively as a private retreat. Event bookings resume from 1 September.
Booking & Payment
Confirming your date
A 50% deposit secures your date. We hold dates informally for 5 working days while you decide; after that they release back to general availability.
Final balance
The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before your event or check-in date. We'll send a reminder.
Damage deposit
A refundable €500 damage deposit is held by Revolut by 10:00 on the event day, and returned by midday the day after - provided the property is left in the condition it was found.
Cancellations
Plans change. Here's exactly what happens if yours do.
Refund minus €150
Full deposit returned, less a €150 admin fee.
Deposit forfeited
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. No further charges.
Full balance due
The full event fee is payable, regardless of cancellation reason.
House Rules
A handful of common-sense conditions to keep the property - and your event - safe and beautiful.
Pool
No lifeguard on duty - guests swim at their own risk. No glass within 2m of the water.
Catering
BYO caterer or use one of our trusted partners. The outdoor kitchen is yours for the day.
Alcohol
Alcohol may be served but not sold on the premises. No cash bar.
Music
DJs welcome with prior approval. All music off by 23:00 in line with local regulations.
Decor
Freestanding decor only - nothing nailed, screwed or adhered to walls, trees or stone.
Smoking
Outdoors only. Ashtrays provided in designated areas; please use them.
Parking
Limited on-site parking. No tall vehicles under the rose arch - height-restricted.
Prohibited
No confetti, no smoke bombs, no flares, no fireworks, no illegal activities.
