1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://nineangelsvilla.com ("the Service"), operated by Nine Angels Villa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides gate access management for Nine Angels Villa property in Madliena, Malta. It allows guests to verify their reservation and open the property gate, cleaners to access during scheduled windows, and administrators to manage access tokens and reservations.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid reservation, cleaner assignment, or admin authorization to use the gate access features. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and may be prosecuted.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when verifying your identity.
- Do not share your gate access link or code with unauthorized persons.
- Do not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to info@christianopropertymanagement.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the property or systems, (c) use automated tools to scrape or enumerate access codes, (d) interfere with other users' access.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, code, and content are the property of Nine Angels Villa. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Nine Angels Villa is not liable for: (a) inability to access the gate due to network or device issues, (b) loss of data, (c) indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to €100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Nine Angels Villa against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may revoke access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access links and codes become invalid immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to registered guests.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved in Maltese courts.
